After lunch, you will be visiting the lava cave called Vidgelmir, one of the world's largest lava tube cave situated beneath a vast lava field, created in a volcanic eruption approximately 1100 years ago.

With the aid of a walkway and feature lights, the stunning enormous beauty can now be enjoyed with comfort and ease, enhanced only by the cave expert guides.

An expert guide will accompany you through the tunnels of the glacier, giving you information about the glacier's history and formation.

After the visit to the ice cave, you will have free time in Husafell to spend at your leisure, where you can have a meal at the local restaurant, have a swim in the thermal pool, or take a walk on paths surrounded by birch trees.
